The Signolux Tower Smoke Alarm Alerting System combines a portable wireless receiver, optical smoke detector and vibrating pad to help you stay aware of smoke alarms around your home.

If smoke is detected, the Guardion Smoke Detector sounds its alarm and sends a wireless signal to the Signolux Tower Receiver. The Tower responds with bright flashing lights and an audible warning, while the connected vibrating pad provides an additional vibrating alert.

Ideal for use around the home or beside the bed, especially for people who may struggle to hear an ordinary smoke alarm.

The Signolux Tower Smoke Alarm Alerting System offers a practical way for deaf and hard-of-hearing people to receive important smoke alarm warnings without relying entirely on sound.

An ordinary smoke alarm can be difficult to hear, particularly at night or when hearing aids have been removed. This system provides additional flashing, audible and vibrating notifications to help attract your attention.

The Guardion Interlink Smoke Detector monitors for smoke and sounds its own alarm when activated. It also sends a wireless signal to the Signolux Tower Receiver.

The Tower Receiver responds with a bright all-round flashing light, a visual symbol identifying the type of alert and an adjustable audible signal. Its cylindrical design allows it to be placed conveniently on a bedside table, shelf or other suitable surface.

A vibrating pad connects directly to the Tower Receiver and can be positioned beneath a pillow or mattress, as recommended in the instructions, to provide a strong vibrating alert. This is particularly useful for people who may not notice flashing lights or audible signals while asleep.

The Tower Receiver includes rechargeable batteries and a mains power supply, allowing it to be used in different locations around the home.

The system is also expandable, with additional compatible Signolux transmitters and receivers available for other important events, such as doorbells, telephone calls and carbon monoxide alarms.

A portable wireless receiver with a bright 360° flashing light, eight visual event indicators and adjustable audible alerts. The Tower offers 16 selectable alert tones or melodies and can be powered by its rechargeable batteries or supplied mains power supply.

1 × Signolux Vibrating Pad (Unpowered)

A compact vibrating pad that connects to the accessory socket on the Tower Receiver. It provides strong vibration when an alert is received and requires no separate batteries.

1 × Signolux Guardion Interlink Smoke Detector

An optical smoke detector with built-in wireless Signolux transmission. When smoke is detected, it sounds its own alarm and sends a wireless alert to the Tower Receiver. It features a sealed lithium battery with a typical operating life of up to 10 years.

How Does the System Work?

1. The Guardion Interlink Smoke Detector is installed in a suitable location and paired with the Signolux Tower Receiver.
2. The Tower Receiver is positioned where alerts can be seen or heard, or placed beside the bed when used with the vibrating pad.
3. The vibrating pad is connected directly to the Tower Receiver's accessory socket.
4. If the Guardion detects smoke, it sounds its alarm and transmits a wireless signal to the Tower.
5. The Tower activates its flashing light and audible warning, while the connected vibrating pad provides an additional vibrating alert.

The combination of sound, light and vibration gives users several ways to recognise an important smoke alarm warning.

Additional Information

The Signolux Tower Receiver is rechargeable and can be moved around the home, although the connected vibrating pad is primarily intended for use when the receiver is placed beside a bed.

The system can be expanded with additional compatible Signolux smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, transmitters and receivers.

The Guardion Interlink Smoke Detector also supports compatible interlinked alarms, helping extend smoke alarm coverage when additional detectors are installed.

The smoke detector must be installed, tested and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and relevant fire safety guidance.

Please note: The system requires initial pairing and setup. The vibrating pad must be connected directly to the Tower Receiver, and the receiver's batteries should be kept charged to maintain reliable operation.
