The Infralight LR/HA Neckloop system is used to help you listen more clearly to your TV, radio etc using your own headphones. without any trailing leads across the floor. It allows you to enjoy your TV etc at your own volume without disturbing others.
The Infralight LR/HA Neckloop system consists of two parts, a mains powered transmitter and a receiver powered by a rechargeable battery. The transmitter picks up the sound from your TV and sends it to the LR/HA receiver via an invisible infra red beam.
As this system transmits via infra red the receiver must always be in the “line of sight” of the transmitter i.e the same way a remote control works with your TV. For this reason the transmitter is best placed either on top of or underneath your TV.
- 1x mains powered transmitter with a built in battery charger.
- 1x LR/HA Neckloop receiver fitted with a rechargeable battery. The LR/HA Neckloop receiver has an on/off switch and has a rotary volume control.
- A set of leads to connect the transmitter to your TV SCART, audio phono or 3.5mm headphone socket.
- A microphone which can be used instead of the connection leads
- A spare rechargeable battery (supplied fitted in the charging port on the transmitter). A fully charged battery will last for up to six hours

Infralight LR/HA Neckloop System
excellent tv aid, i have found connecting the set direct to the tv via the audio connection at the rear of the base station means no scart is needed therefore tv can be set at a level comfortable for hearing people.
If living alone as i do, i no longer require any sound from my tv therefore not disturbing neighbours with loud tv!!! INVALUABLE, so much so have requested a 2nd system for my bedroom tv
