This is an additional handset for the Powertel 700 range of cordless phones.
The PowerTel 700 range works well with hearing aids and will allow you to use the phone with less interference and background noise.
The Caller ID function means you can see the number of the person calling you, or you can see the callers name if they are stored as a contact in the phonebook...You need to subscribe to a Caller ID service with your telephone line provider.
The hands-free function allows you to speak and hear without holding the handset.
