With our 28 Day Trial policy you can be sure that the products you choose are right for you by trying them in the comfort of your own home. If you are not happy with the product simply return it with the original packaging to obtain an immediate refund.

It is so easy to order, just add your chosen product to your shopping basket and pay online at the checkout or give us the details over the phone. We accept cheques and most credit cards. If you have a hearing loss and are buying for your own use you can obtain VAT relief which means you do not have to pay VAT on the product if it is quoted with an 'ex vat' price. You will need to complete a VAT Relief Certificate. If the product does not show an 'ex VAT' price then no VAT relief is available. If you are unsure, or want to know more, please contact us.
